The Marketing Coordinator is a dynamic “mover and shaker,” who has charisma, experience, and a sound body of knowledge in marketing. You must be able to hit the ground running and visibly grow the business.
Plans and implements integrated marketing campaigns.
Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
Conducts market research and evaluation; researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
Tracks competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors.
Monitors marketing budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Sets up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and social media activities.
Assists with the production of artwork, sourcing images, writing creative briefs and checking copy.
Works closely with the creative agency on delivery of creative assets, including copy, design and advertising.
Manages all budgets, purchase orders and invoicing for the marketing budget.
Works with the sales team to develop innovative promotional opportunities and campaigns.
Ensures marketing materials are up to date and adheres to corporate messaging standards.
Creates and maintains reporting tools.
Coordinates and implements marketing communication projects with responsibilities that include public relations, special events management, trade marketing activities, advertising, and creating brand awareness.
Writes articles, promotional material and marketing literature for the company.
Prepares creative copy for the website.
Uploads marketing material to online libraries, internet groups and social media sites.
Develops marketing policies and strategies to increase awareness of the organizational products amongst all target groups.
Develops, trains, and supervises subordinate staff
