Marketing Analyst

Ensures the efficient operations of the Marketing unit at TOSL Engineering Ltd.

TOSL Engineering Ltd is seeking a suitably qualified individual to fill the position of Marketing Analyst. The position details are as follows:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 
  Monitors, updates and analyses Customer Database
• 
  Keeps up to date with any changes in Agency agreements and disseminate to Staff
• 
  Communicates verbally and in writing with internal and external parties when required
• 
  Manages Customer Relations emails and phone calls
• 
  Maintains and updates website contents
• 
  Keeps abreast with trade shows, conferences and customer engagements initiatives related to the industry and recommends the participation of the company
• 
  Designs and creates marketing/promotional material
• 
  Produces publications by division or companywide
• 
  Creates bi-weekly revenue and initiatives reports of major accounts
• 
  Communicates with
  all divisions to determine their needs for each upcoming quarter
• 
  Assists with the development and execution of Organization’s Marketing Plans
• 
  Promotes and executes the process outlined in the Marketing Policies
• 
  Creates a positive environment conducive to the attainment of Departmental/Divisional Goals
• 
  Promotes and
  ensures compliance with HSSEQ system
• 
  Maintains a professional and positive working relationship with Customers, Supervisors, and other members of staff
• 
  Participates in training and continuous improvement activities
• 
  Keeps abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities

• Performs other duties as assigned or required

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

 - A B.A Degree in Marketing OR a B.Sc degree in an Engineering Discipline with a relevant marketing qualification OR any other suitable combination of qualifications and experience

 - At least 3 years experience in a similar position in the field of marketing

 - Must have exemplary communication and interpersonal skills

 - Must be results oriented and dynamic
