To provide office management services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects. To support the marketing function by executing targeted marketing activities.
Requirements:
BSc or Associate Degree in Business Administration, Administrative Management, Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent, e.g. general office management or Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) designation
Minimum three years’ full-time work experience including marketing
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Fluency in verbal and written English
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player
Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills
A problem solver with strong reporting and administrative skills who is adept at managing work processes
