Manager Marketing and New Media
The Manager Marketing and New Media will be responsible for developing marketing plans and strategies in order to achieve agreed company objectives. The incumbent will be responsible for developing new services to offer customers of exporTT, marketing T&T exports locally and internationally, implementing the Company’s social media strategy, developing brand awareness, engaging stakeholders via a number of new media tools and platforms and encouraging adoption of relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture.
Primary Functions and Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing plans for exporTT’s services
Reinforce the company’s Brand
Ensure provision of comprehensive internal communication
Ensure provision of timely cost effective relevant marketing support for exporTT projects
Develop and ensure implementation of effective social media strategy
Ensure customer relationship management systems are kept up-to-date
Prepare and manage marketing department budget, ensuring compliance with financial protocols
Develop team members, building cohesion as an effective unit
Provide active support of stakeholder management activities
Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
Post Graduate qualification is an asset.
Five (5) years related experience.
Experience in digital marketing, new product development, web design and management are assets.
Public sector experience.
Business Acumen.
Managerial experience will be an asset.
Any equivalent combination of knowledge, skills and abilities.
