Coordinate and supervise the processes of Operation and Maintenance, Network performance, Quality and execution of maintenance projects within assigned area;
Main Responsibilities
Assure the productivity rate of the project
Save OPEX costs, analyze the costs and present an action plan over the most representative cash leak
Assure the understanding and following up of process established by Huawei
Handle the communication with customers
Take care of customer satisfaction
Analyze the change request activities requested by customer.
Follow up the SLA and project indicators compliance and develop a plan to improve the trends.
Lead the communication with internal partners platform in order to keep the operative conditions in project
Supervise QHSE area in order to avoid accidents and reduce incidents.
Required Qualification or Experience
Electronic, Mechanic, Electric Engineer or related
Minimum 6 years of experience working in operation and maintenance of mobile network
More than 3 years of experience as Line Manager
Advanced English level
ITIL Knowledge
Communication and leadership skills
