With a legacy that dates back to the early 1960’s, MDC-UM is proud to be the largest manufacturer and exporter of Office Furniture in the English-speaking Caribbean. Borne out of a merger between Universal Metal and Metal Designs and Concepts in 1995, the company manufactures Filing Cabinets, Desks, Computer Furniture, Chairs, Storage Cupboards, Shelving Units, Restaurant Furniture, School Furniture and various customized products.

At the same time, we partner with HNI Corporation, (the second largest Office Furniture manufacturer in the USA), to market distinguished furniture brands such as HON, Allsteel, Gunlocke, Paoli and Holga.
