The Marketing Coordinator is one who provides assistance to the Management Team at Caribbean Health Foods Ltd. Every aspect of the marketing task must be looked at. They must work collaterally with teams’ members and suggest to them ways and methods that can help the organization achieve its sales and production targets and give maximum output in a stipulated time. The Marketing Coordinator must be keen on customer satisfaction and must draft the marketing plan base on the needs of the customers.
Marketing Coordinator Duties
Being at the helm of the planning and managing of the marketing activities at Caribbean Health Foods Ltd. the Marketing Coordinator responsibilities and duties are as follows:
1. Develop relevant marketing strategies, objectives, targets and measures to promote the company’s goods to local and foreign customers.
2. Work closely with the sales team by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analysis, new product information and the implementation of sales strategies.
3. Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, and pricing.
4. Maintains a research and customer database
5. Organize the development and launch of new company products.
.6. Build a score system to evaluate the quality of a product and its lifecycle.
7. Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecast.
8. Execute and analyze the success of marketing campaigns and advertisement.
9. Understand the overall marketing goals and plans of Caribbean Health Foods Ltd.
A Marketing Coordinator must possess a bachelor's degree in marketing, business or communications. Marketing experience should include a track record of promoting goods and services and having the ability to interact with media and customers professionally.
A marketing coordinator will be involved in a great deal of writing. The writing can include press releases, reports, newsletters, brochures and even speech writing. The marketing coordinator must have excellent verbal communications, as well as the ability to speak before groups and handle presentations. The Marketing coordinator is expected to be able to assess problems and come up with solutions that will satisfy the needs of the company and the customers.
