LCI works with disabled peoples organisations, international organisations, national governments and local communities to change attitudes to ability and provide services to people around the world. In the Caribbean, LCI supports partners to provide a wide range of care and support services, including residential, community-based rehabilitation and home-based care.

These services are designed to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities and to promote freedom of choice and lifestyle.
