Prepare and process leases and other documentation in respect of properties /motor vehicles leased, owned, purchased or sold by the Bank and account to Group Facilities & Services Division on completion.
Prepare and deal with sale/purchase of properties by the Bank.
On instructions, dealing with Estate matters and preparing documentation for the Grant of Probate on behalf of the West Indies Trust Company Limited – Trustee Division.
Liaising with various Branches and Divisions, external attorneys-at-law and Government Agencies and drafting relevant correspondence in relation to the settlement of customer queries.
Performing general Secretarial duties, typing, filing and dealing with telephone calls for Managers.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Management Studies or related field.
Certificate in Paralegal Studies, Legal Secretarial Diploma, Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Certified Professional Secretary Designation.
Five (5) years working experience as a Legal Secretary with experience in areas of conveyancing, contract, commercial law and law practices.
