Legal Officer
JOB OBJECTIVE:
To assist in the provision of legal services to NIPDEC.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of three (3) years experience two (2) of which should be in litigation with emphasis in civil litigation, preferably in a corporate environment.
Any equivalent combination of training and experience.
Special Skills and Knowledge:
Considerable knowledge of litigation practices and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good analytical, problem solving and information gathering skills
Good supervisory skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Highly motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
Competence in use of the Microsoft Office software package.
