To design and deliver learning and development programs, provide administrative support to the Manager, Regional Learning and Development towards the successful achievement of strategic and operational objectives established for Agency Training (Regional).
- Design training programs to ensure that learing and development gaps are addressed
- Deliver training programs to facilitate effective transfer of learning
- Prepare learning and development calender and communicate to stakeholders in a timesly manner
- Conduct training needs analysis and training evaluation through survey design and analysis
- Format/Organize training material
- Take initiative in manager's absence - work to keep projects on schedule
- Handle all telephone inquiries / re-route as needed.
ADMINISTRATIVE:
- Maintain calender, fix commitments to maximise manager's time efficiency
- Enroll employees and sales force for internal and external training programs
- Arrange meeting facillities and procure relevant training supplies and equipment
- Maintain and control adequate stock of stationery and supplies
DATA MANAGEMENT:
- Develop and manage training database for staff and sales force
ANY OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in management, Psychology or other Social Science program
- Train the Trainer Certification
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Minimum of two years working experience in a similar position.
