• Lawyer with at least 3 years of experience

   

• Knowledge of CARICOM regulation specially for Trinidad & Tobago, Suriname and Guyana:

  • public contracts

  • labor and immigration law

  • taxes

  • corporate law

  •  civil law

  • Negotiation skills

• Able to work under pressure

• Able to work with different cultures

The lawyer will be responsible for handling all the legal work, such as counseling different departments of the companies (labor, tax, sales, PQD, Admin, HHRR etc.), drafting and negotiating of contracts with customers and suppliers, and specially preventing the companies from possible risks in any matter.
