Laptop Technician to work in the serivce department

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Test and Repair PCs and Laptops

2. Replace parts as necessary

3. Repairing and troubleshooting Laptops

4. Achieves customer satisfaction responding in timely manner to service calls for break/fix repairs, and being sensitive to the customers’ needs

5. Carries out any other related duties that may be assigned

6. Service and Repair Laser and other Printers

7. Some experience in troubleshooting for Brands such as Lenovo, Apple, HP printers etc.

EDUCATION

•Comp TiaA+  certificate

•MCP

EXPERIENCE:

•3+ Years Hardware Service and Repairs

Unsuitable applications will not be acknowledged

Applicants who do not possess the CompTia A+ Certificate  will not be considered
