KITCHEN SUPERVISOR'S KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Qualifications:
• NVQJ Level 3 Commercial Food Preparation.
• Minimum one (1) year in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR).
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to follow directions both written and verbal.
• Presents a professional image in appearance, words and actions.
MANAGER Requirements:
BSc. Degree in Food Service Management or equivalent from Tertiary Institution.
Minimum 5 years practical restaurant management experience in a successful high volume Fast Food Operation. Minimum 3 years for Shift Managers.
Highly motivated, self-directed and results oriented.
Comprehensive understanding of current trends and development in Fast Food Industry.
Ability to work flexible hours inclusive of weekends and Public Holidays.
Management Skills - Production planning and control, quantity and quality food production, effective project management and employees relations.
