The Client is a major international organization principally engaged in the provision of consumer electronic products. The Company operates its business under two divisions. The End Product division manufactures and sells digital media products such as digital televisions (TVs), monitors, printers, air conditioners, refrigerators and others, as well as information and communication products such as third-generation (3G) phones, smart phones, communication systems and others. The Component division manufactures and sells semiconductors such as memory chips, system large scale integrated circuit (LSI) products, storages and others, as well as liquid crystal display (LCD) products such as LCD displays used for TVs, monitors, notebook personal computers (PCs) and others.
The company is seeking to strengthen its operations in the Caribbean by recruiting a team of skilled sales professionals to drive revenues and build client and carrier relationships.
JOB SUMMARY
To develop and manage the Client’s business relationships in the Caribbean, ensuring that business targets are met through attracting new customers as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setting up and managing the organisation’s daily operations
- Implementing Audio & Video Product Strategy & Action Plan (Monthly Evaluation will be done)
- Research and development of local market and customer base, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats at national level
- Research and report on Market Situation & Competitor Activity and Brand Status in local market
- Drive revenues and profit by developing creative customer propositions and implementing solutions and programmes at the corporate customer level to increase sales
- Sales & Marketing: achieving monthly assigned sales targets within the account portfolio
- Customer relationship management
- Providing timely presentation of all required reports
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Achieve assigned targets, Sales & Profitability & Brand Status
- Update and maintain Sales Pipeline/Win and Collections Reports
- Customer Relationship and contracts
- Attend all products and services training during the period under review and utilize the acquired skills and product knowledge to enhance customer service delivery
- Ensure that all aspects of the Client’s trademark service service are exemplary
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education/Certification and Experience
- Degree in Business
- Minimum 4~5 years Sales/Account management experience
- Audio Visual / Consumer Electronics industry sales experience

- Strong communication skills (oral and writing)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Well-developed negotiation skills
- Excellent Planning and Organizational Skills

- Highly motivated and flexible
- Sound business acumen

Working Conditions
- Local travel required – must own a reliable working vehicle
