The firm has agreements with schools in Jamaica to provide consultant services for school improvement. The focus of these programs is to improve teaching and learning outcomes as measured by student academic performance.

In addition, KBC Learning recently established a learning centre at 30-32 Red Hills Road, Suite #42, Kingston that is aimed at both teachers and students of all ages. The facility is initially equipped with 40 computers with broadband connectivity and with sophisticated kiosk software for monitoring all computer activities

The firm uses web-based tools to assess student academic strengths and weaknesses and to establish a baseline performance level for each student. Based on the assessment results, KBC develops individualized supplemental educational plans to address the gaps in student learning. KBC provides on-line tutoring targeting the specific weak areas for each student. KBC guarantees student improvement and carefully monitors student performance by use of bench mark tests and other techniques.
