Branch Manager

Junior Branch Manager - Mandeville

 

Our client, a leading security company, is looking for a high potential, commercially minded individual to provide effective support in managing their Mandeville Branch.

A 24-hour operation, the business hinges on the effective management, scheduling and coordination of personnel and reliable equipment to ensure consistent world class service delivery and profitability.

The Role

•Reporting to the Branch Manager, the role requires sound leadership, pulling the operation units together to ensure that all targets are met.
•Manage the business aspects of the Branch and actively pursue opportunities to develop the business.
•Contain operational costs while ensuring maximum productivity.
•Evaluate operational performance to identify improvement opportunities, implement remedial actions while balancing financial considerations.
•Work actively with Maintenance regarding availability and integrity of the fleet.

Preferred Profile

•A BSc in Management with 3 years management experience that demonstrates successes in customer service, operations and business development activities.
•Proven time and people management skills.
•The ability to motivate and develop a cohesive team.
•Experience in the military would be an asset.
•Sound computer literacy is essential as the operation is reliant on several IT applications.
•Excellent relationship-building skills, proactive in thinking, highly responsive to issues with the ability to represent the company appropriately with its stakeholders. .
•Resident in Mandeville, the position requires personal flexibility to accommodate irregular hours.
