Job Title: Bid Administrator (Mega Opportunities Team) (Caribbean & Central America)
Location: Trinidad and Tobago
Expected Starting Period: Fourth Quarter- 2017
Summary/Objective:
The Mega Opportunity Bid Administrator is responsible for supporting the development, creation, production, timely delivery and compliance of customer proposal documentation. Reporting to the Bid Manager and in collaboration with the Business Leader and Bid Team this person will administratively manage the bid timelines, bid reviews, bid action tracker, bid financial/commercial development and bid content. This individual will be responsible for the development of the bid document inclusive of formatting, tables and cataloguing to a world class level. In addition to supporting the Bid Manager and live bids this person will be asked to maintain a bid library for B2B and ensure documentation is current and relevant for the business to replicate. This is a highly people centric business and role and a high level of collaboration skills in addition to excellent written, oral and organizational skills are required.
