Laptop/PC/Printer Technician to work in serivce department
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Test and Repair PCs and Laptops
2. Replace parts as necessary
3. Repairing and troubleshooting Laptops
4. Achieves customer satisfaction responding in timely manner to service calls for break/fix repairs, and being sensitive to the customers’ needs
5. Carries out any other related duties that may be assigned
6. Service and Repair Laser and other Printers
7. Some experience in troubleshooting for Brands such as Lenovo, Apple, HP printers etc.
EDUCATION
•CompTia A+ certificate (mandatory)
•MCP
EXPERIENCE:
•3+ Years Hardware Service and Repairs
