Marketing Coordinator (Key Accounts)
The successful candidate will be responsible for working alongside the Sales and Marketing teams to develop, to implement and evaluate merchandising & promotional activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for managing, hiring, and training the promoter team for Key Accounts
Responsible for developing work schedules and payroll documents for the promoter teams assigned to key accounts
Responsible for liaising with key accounts in regards to scheduling of in store promoters
Responsible for monitoring the key accounts in which promoters are scheduled and doing routine assessments to determine the performance of each promoter
Responsible and accountable for all promotional products, marketing materials assigned for use at each promotion
Providing reports on sales and promoter performance on a monthly basis to the Marketing Manager
Coordinating Marketing & Sales promotions at key accounts or any other venue required
Setting Up & breaking down of each promotion site and supervision of each promotion
Providing key account promotion status updates to Brand Manager & Marketing Manager.
Providing detailed reports with accompanying photos within 1 week after the promotion has been completed
Meeting and negotiating with key account customers for planogram approvals and execution
Ensuring that a proper level of stock is maintained at key customer accounts
Working closely with sales representative to communicate inventory level gaps
Ensuring that the merchandisers implement proper use of point of purchase materials and maintained to merchandising standards
Ensuring that merchandisers follow a proper stock rotation as per expiry dates
Meeting and negotiating with key account customers for signage, gondola rentals, displays, branding opportunities
Coordinating with Marketing team to execute the implementation of signage, gondola rental, displays, branding opportunities
Maintaining availability of in-store promotional materials
Training merchandising staff where applicable on merchandising techniques
Monitoring and communicating any competitor merchandising & promotion initiatives to the Marketing team
Managing any issues that may arise at the store level with merchandisers & promoters
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
CIM/ Marketing diploma
One (1) to three (3) years practical experience
Supervisory skills and experience managing a team

Strong creative, analytical and decision making skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently.
Computer literate; i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
Highly organized and ability to adapt to quickly changing priorities.
Must possess a working vehicle
Must be willing to work weekends where necessary
SALARY
$10,000 - $11,000 (monthly)
