Primary objective of the job:
- To ensure Promoters and Data Agents execute duties according to schedule provided.
- To prepare sign in and work sheets for Promoters & Data Agents.
- Ensure that promoters and Data Agents are apprised of their assignments.
- Ensure Promoters and Data Agents have stock of collateral and token items to execute their duties
- Submit Time Sheets to Administrator to meet submission deadline
Number of persons managed/supervised and their positions:
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- To ensure effective maintenance of Promoters & Data Agents
- To schedule team members for prescribed runs
- To ensure that all required collateral/tokens are in place prior to runs
- To allocate the required collateral/tokens to Promoters/Agents prior to runs
- To liaise with Promotions Administrator on all matters relating to requirements for seamless deployment of Promoters & Data Agents
- Ensure required forms are submitted to the Administrator in a timely manner to meet salary submission deadline.
Academic qualifications and experience required for job:
- Minimum of 5 CXC/GCE O'level subjects including Mathematics and English
- At least 2 years customer service or sales experience
