JT Allum & Company Limited (“JT Allum”) is a real estate development and investment company that has a significant portfolio (over 300,000 square feet) of retail, commercial, office and warehouse space primarily in the south of Trinidad. Its Head Office is located in Carlton Centre, San Fernando. It was incorporated in 1943 and is still owned and operated by the same founding family.

JT Allum’s strategy is to grow its portfolio of real estate assets in other parts of the country by leveraging on its existing portfolio and by seeking strong real estate development and investment opportunities.
