Investment Assistant
Responsible for a high level of customer service in the management of the Bank’s fund raising programmes to ensure all client investor files and the operational system are maintained in an efficient and effective manner, with the timely and efficient processing of all investment client transactions, leading to accurate and reliable information available to management. In addition, assisting in any reconciliations deemed necessary to ensure that the systems are in balance.
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a CSR at a financial institution/environment and a working knowledge of the organization.
