Inventory Controller

The position holder will report to the Sales Manager. The Inventory Controller has sole responsibility for the safe custody and control of the Company's stock of Inventory .

The successful candidate is required but not limited to the following;

• Responsible for managing and accounting  all stock entering and exiting  the Company's Compound and ensuring  that all mandatory  documentation is accurately  prepared.
• Liasing with the Company's Sales Manager in all instances of required Inventory Stock  in the full range of products in keeping with minimum and maximum levels.
• Conducting Stock Inventory checks in keeping with an approved schedule and the preparation of stock inventory reconciliation reports
• Working with the Company's Accountant to provide valid explanations for all stock variances.
• Maintaining  various  Stock Inventory and Sales databases.
• Any other duties assigned by Management  in keeping with the position holder's roles and responsibilities.
