INVENTORY CONTROL CLERK

 

Our Client is seeking individuals who want personal & professional development in a challenging dynamic environment

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Input and verify data in the Inventory Management System for ordering, receiving and distribution of spare parts
  • Monitor minimum re-order levels
  • Receives Inventory
  • Re-stock shelves
  • Prepare GRNs
  • Create new item codes and assigns bin locations
  • Issue inventory
  • Transfers inventory
  • Prepare Inventory reports
  • Prepare and places orders to Supplier
  • Conduct regular stock counts

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 - 2 years’ working experience in a business environment (inventor
  • A minimum of five (5) CXC / O’Level passes including Mathematics and English
  • y will be an asset)
  • Computer literate / proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Intermediate typing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent planning, organising and time management skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn and apply new technologies quickly
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercise commensurate levels of initiative and judgement
