Affinity Recruitment is currently seeking an Inventory Clerk to join a busy office in Grand Cayman. This is a permanent, full time opportunity within a vibrant, fast paced food and beverage environment.

Affinity Recruitment is currently seeking an Inventory Clerk to join a busy office in Grand Cayman. This is a permanent, full time opportunity within a vibrant, fast paced food and beverage environment.

As Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for recording and controlling expenditures in order to reduce cost and support the company's continued growth. Your key responsibilities will be as follows: 

  • Maintaining inventories on a continuous basis
  • Cost control duties
  • Preparing accurate food and beverage and utility reports, ensuring errors are corrected and any unusual results are investigated
  • Daily checking of invoices
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Daily posting of all requisition on a timely basis
  • Preparing month end reports

To be considered for this role you will have 3 to 5 years' relevant experience, together with a good understanding of the food and beverage industry.

This is a full time permanent role offering CI$1600-$2000/month plus benefits.
