Job Title – Information Technology Analyst

The successful Candidate should possess the following:

• BSC in Computer Information System
• Network plus / A Plus certification would be an asset.

The key roles and responsibilities are as follows;

• Provides help desk assistance to internal customers.
• Troubleshoot day to day network and application issues
• Laison and point of contact for client related issues.
• Creates and logs incident in our ticketing system and respond to open tickets
• Application Support.
• Outage Management.
• Install software as required.
• To support operational staff and clients on critical situations. Provide analytical, technical and educational assistance to both.
• To assist in the maintenance Network Systems, PCs and all equipment.
• Perform hardware system troubleshooting and Server Maintenance.
