Main Responsibility

• Provide support to all department where needed.
• Schedule routine maintenance and necessary repairs
• Complete validate and performance testing
• Packing of obsolete computer equipment
• Documentation all steps via an I.T Manual for all processes
• Installing all necessary software
• Providing Network connectivity and minimizing down-time
• Monitoring Network Security
• Maintaining IP address
• Generating Transactions for Inventory in Sage Software
• Generating Graphics for Advertising

• Minimum Requirements

• CompTIA A+ Certified
• CompTIA Network + Certified
• Knowledge of Windows networking and Active Directory infrastructure
• 1 to 2 Years Technician experience
• Knowledge in IT Services
• Knowledge in Network
• Experience in Security Camera System
• Knowledge in Employee Clocking Systems
• Inventory Management will be an asset
