This is an exceptional (ground floor) growth and development opportunity for an experienced IT desktop support technician.
Be a pioneer member of this new, Jamaican Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) call center located in Kingston, St. Andrew. You will report directly to the IT Manager and will be responsible for all aspects of computer systems set-up, installation, troubleshooting, upgrades and maintenance. The IT Desktop Support Technician will provide support for mainly but not limited to the internal departments (i.e. Operations, Training and HR). The incumbent will be on call 24/7 to assist with change management activities or emergencies requiring technical support on-site or remotely.
