INCOME AUDITOR

 The successful candidate will ensure that all income generated on property is accurately recorded and remitted.

 Applicants should satisfy the following:

• Review discrepancy report prepared by the Night Auditor and investigate and correct any anomalies that may arise.
• Prepare and analyses Daily Management Report.
• Maintain monthly credit card receivables schedule showing total transactions.
• Prepare the reconciliation of the in-house traffic sheet with the local telephone company billing to ensure all calls are accounted for, billed and collected for.
• Research credit card queries that may arise including pending charge-backs notifications from the bank
• Analyze the profit watch report daily and complete the House Calls Summary Report
• Perform Ad hoc checks on revenue-generated areas for accurate recording and charging of income-generating activities on property.

The Ideal Candidate must have:

• Applicable accounting qualifications
• No less than 1 year audit experience in a revenue area
• A discerning eye with great attention to detail.
