Human Resources Business Partner Customer Care (AVP)
Xerox Services is conducting a search for a highly experienced Human Resources (HR) Business Partner
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Global Customer Care HRBP, the role is accountable for building the organizational capability and capacity to deliver the strategic business direction, and developing and implementing the talent agenda for Xerox
Services.
- The role sets the HR strategy that aligns to the business and delivers throughpartnership with local HR Operations, Talent & Acquisition and other Centers of Expertise.
- Key Performance Indicators: Delivery of Strategic Workforce plan & impact on business results and productivity.
- Works in partnership with the local management team and client management of LoB/FSU to support the business in achieving its objectives and business results
- Serves as single point of contact to Customer Care senior management and operates as a trusted business adviser by providing HR advice, counsel,problem resolutions and bid management support.
- Leads and manages the development and deployment of global business specific programs for example talent acquisition, succession planning, competency management and development programs.
- Defines and uses data analytic information to support workforce related decisions and monitor progress on key programs.
- Champions change and helps position the business unit for success by effective resource utilization; cultivating leaders, effective communicators and empowered employees inside the business unit.
- Champions new ideas and initiatives that foster and support creativity, innovation, and risk taking within the organization.
- Continually collects information on the pulse of the organization; collects feedback formally and informally and addresses issues in a meaningful and constructive way.
- Ensure that leaders are deploying workplace practices that are compliant with policy and legislative requirements.
Experience Required
- The Human Resources Business Partner will have extensive experience in a number of leadership roles.
- Demonstrated leadership in a large-scale, complex, global structure.
- A well-organized and self-directed individual who is "politically savvy" and a team player.
- An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills.
- Proven leadership and business acumen skills
- Proven success as a HR leader and international experience in a matrixed environment
- Ability to motivate and inspire people to embrace change
- Able to work flexibly, adapting quickly to change and responding positively to new ways of working
- Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels
- The ability to resolve complex problems and make sound decisions in a timely manner
- Demonstrates drive and determination to achieve objectives, overcoming obstacles to deliver results
- Contributes fully to an effective team environment; demonstrates willingness to work cooperatively with others to achieve shared goals
