SUMMARY OF DUTIES
To provide technical and administrative support to the Human Resource Unit in order to facilitate the implementation and maintenance of the Agency’s Human Resource policies and procedures and the achievement of its corporate goals and objectives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITITIES
Co-ordinates and processes documentation for recruitment, appointments, promotions, transfers and separations
Screens applicants, conducts or arranges testing of applicants and develops shortlists of qualified applicants for interviews
Provides adequate supervision and guidance to the Document Management Team in order to ensure effective maintenance of human resource records
Advises employees and management of the Agency’s human resource policies and procedures
Prepares monthly and ad hoc statistics and reports related to manpower planning
