The Role
The HR focus is strategic, ensuring an effective framework to recruit, develop, motivate and manage the company’s human resource to support and achieve business objectives while preserving a harmonious IR climate. Of critical importance is the need to address the completion of the HRIS implementation and to evaluate and select related systems that can adequately monitor productivity and cost containment among other critical issues. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in re-building the technical capacity and state of readiness of the staff to handle growth and change.
