JOB SUMMARY
Develops policy, directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labour relations, benefits, training, and employee services.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
Report directly to the Operations Manager and in his/her absence, to the General Manager or his/her designate
AUTHORITY
The Human Resources Manager operates within the policy and procedures of the Credit Union.
