Develop and facilitate implementation of HR Strategies, Policies and Practices and take a proactive role in assuring compliance.
Provide timely advice and guidance to Managers/Supervisors to enable the effective management and supervision of employees.
Manage and facilitate the dissemination of Company related information to employees, including the roll out of new Policies and Procedures.
Co-ordinate the Company’s recruitment process to support manning levels consistent with the needs of the business.
Maintain all employee files, ensuring accurate completion of documents, to enable easy retrieval of employee information and maintain employee benefits plans.
Produce such Human Resource reports as might be necessary to enable effective decision making related to employee matters.
Develop and maintain process and system for managing employee leave.
Identifying employee training and development needs and collaborating with Managers to identify relevant training and development interventions.
Representing the Company on Industrial Relations matters at the Ministry of Labor and Industrial Court as and when required.
Manager and maintain proper operation and functioning of the Human Resource Information System.
Processing on the company’s monthly and weekly payroll with the responsibility of remittances due for (NIS/PAYE/HEALTH SURCHARGE) and verification of timekeeping and attendance.
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in HR or appropriate Specialization
A minimum of three (3) years experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.
