Head of Direct Sales
BCIC has a vacancy for a Head of Direct Sales who is able to translate our vision, mission and values in a shared mental model that will energise and inspire our dynamic sales team and lead them into the next phase of success for the business island wide. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, sales strategy and execution and driving profitable growth.

Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with Marketing or Business Major or ACII or substantial Progress in Same
FSC Salesman License
Experience:
At least three years‘ experience in the General Insurance Industry and at least two in General Insurance Sales.
