  • Develop strategic alliances and partnerships with firms and/or individuals with similar business objectives.
  • Develop a long-term plan to manage risk while being open to changes and challenges.
  • Leverage internal talent to brainstorm, identify and develop large-scale ideas for improvements to the business development team.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • ten (10) years' demonstrable record of achieving demand goals;
  • the ability to thrive in a high-pressured, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment;
  • a track record of successfully creating growth opportunities and managing the growth process; and
  • the ability to lead a team in a small to medium-sized organization.
