Head Stakeholder Relations (Contract)
Position Summary
The Head Stakeholder Relations reports to the Director and is generally accountable for undertaking programs designed to enhance and maintain a favourable image of the College. The incumbent is also charged with the responsibility for securing and enhancing the interests of the College through strategic management of relationships established with all stakeholders.
The incumbent is ultimately responsible for the College’s strategic communication plan, policies and related procedures so as to ensure the achievement of established goals and objectives.
Specific Accountabilities
- Develops and implements measurable integrated marketing campaigns.
- Pursues and manages the development of appropriate relationships with identified stakeholders.
- Organises and implements stakeholder relations including, stakeholder client satisfactions surveys, stakeholder development surveys and stakeholders skills training and special events.
- Oversees corporate communication activities through the Marketing Manager including external and internal communications and systems, public relations efforts and external vendors and consultants.
- Assists with and support College’s involvement in various legal networks including coordinating business development and marketing activities via these relationships.
- Lobbies for the College’s interest at various levels, including government, funding agencies/organisation, accreditation bureaus and other adult teaching facilities and training and development institutions.

- Extensive knowledge of the principles, techniques, systems and practices of Stakeholder Relations.
- Strong project management & analytical skills.

Qualifications and Experience
- A Masters Degree in International Marketing/Communications/Public Relations Management
- A minimum of five (5) years experience in a professional or managerial position
Other Terms
- Salary Range - $11,500.00 - $13,000.00
