The successful applicant should satisfy the following minimum requirements:
The Head Chef will report to the Food & Beverage Director, be responsible for all food production including that used for restaurants, banquet functions and other outlets. Develop menus, food purchase specifications and recipes. Develop and monitor food and labor budget for the department. Maintain highest professional food quality and sanitation standards. The Head Chef will also be in charge of maximizing the productivity of all the kitchen staff. The requirements for this position are:
