HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER - TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
REPORTS TO: Group Executive Manager - Human Resources
CORE JOB FUNCTION: Conducts training needs assessments, plans, co-ordinates and implements training and development programmes to equip employees with the competencies to achieve the strategic goals and objectives of the
Organization.
MAJOR TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
All other related duties in keeping with the level of the job.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
A Degree in any of the Social Sciences with a major in Human Resource Management/ Human Resource Development which should include courses in Human Resource Management. At least three (3) years experience performing the function of Training and Development.
Or
Any similar combination of education, training and experience.
