HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT
JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resources Assistant assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. The HR assistant carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: departmental development, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organization development and administration all in assisting the Credit Union in achieving its objectives.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
The Human Resource Assistant reports directly to the Senior Human Resources Generalist.
AUTHORITY
The Human Resource Assistant operates with the policy and procedures of the Credit Union as delegated by the Senior Human Resources Generalist or his/her designate.
