Our company came to this country in 2003 as part of a trade mission organized by the Embassy of Venezuela and the Government of Trinidad and Tobago.  Our initial intention was to support the housing plan that was being developed by the Trinidad Government at the time.

Our company and a group of investors saw great opportunities in this country and we took the decision to open an office in order to offer our services as housing developers, a field in which we have years of experience in our country. We opened our doors in Trinidad in 2004 and after nine years of hard work we have accomplished many of our goals and we truly feel part of this country which we now call home.   

We started with the support of recognized local lawyers, J. D. Seliier & Co. and our accountants Deloitte & Touche who guided us in the process. We found fantastic local partners and convinced our investors to invest with us in this country. We began to promote and build THE POINT in Lange Park, 94 duplex units which were fully sold and built with the support of reliable local suppliers and small sub-contractors and especially with a lot of dedication from hard working employees. This project was a great investment for persons who bought units and a great source of pride for us.

After THE POINT, came LEGACY, CARA COURT and now WEST HILLS, along with other private projects which we have had the opportunity to develop. So far we have constructed almost 400 homes for families in Trinidad and Tobago. We would never have made it without the opportunity this country gave us, our customers, our investors, local banks and the great support of local partners: Lange Holdings, Mr. Andre Lange and his daughter Mariella Lange, Ronald Harford, Arthur Lok Jack, Pierpont and Winfield Scott.

Our projects are not only supported by our experience as developers but also our local consultants Dr. Richard Clark, Dr. Jeffery Phillips, Dr. Derek Gay, Mr. William Agard, Mr. Tasram Maharaj, Mr. Kenneth Snaggs, to name but a few, all of whom helped us to build for our customers a good quality product with high standards.
