HR OFFICER

 

SUMMARY :

The HR Officer will function as part of the HR team with an emphasis on Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management and Training & Development.

 MAJOR FUNCTIONS :

  • Coordinate entire Recruitment & Selection Process (Advertising, Shortlisting, Arranging Interviews, Conducting Interviews, Reference Checks, Selection).
  • Liaise with Departmental Managers/Supervisors regarding manpower requirements.
  • Ensure Employment Contracts and other Documents are prepared prior to engagement of new employees.
  • Arrange and conduct HR Orientation.
  • Coordinate HSE Orientation with HSE Manager.
  • Organize all Documentation/Requirements regarding Expatriate Workers (Visas, Work Permits, Housing, etc.)
  • Prepare HR Reports.
  • Conduct Exit Interviews.
  • Coordinate registration and payment for Training.
  • Attend Career Guidance / Recruitment Fairs at various educational institutes.
  • Assist with Performance Management Process.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management
  • At least 3 years work experience in Human Resouces
  • Experience with Recruitment & Selection Process
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Micropay
  • Must have strong analytical, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
