2-3 YEARS EXPERIENCE/ BACKGROUND IN HR/HSE FUNCTION
SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF CURRENT HUMAN RESOURCE AND HSE PRACTICES.
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
PROFICIENT IN THE USE OF MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE.
SOME DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT FUNCTION.
COMPANY PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT & COMPENSATION SYSTEMS.
RECRUITMENT, POLICIES & PROCEDURES, RECORDING OR HR AND HSE FUNCTIONS.
MAINTAIN OSHA REGULATIONS AND STANDARDS.
HANDS ON HSE AND COORDINATION, ADVISING MANAGEMENT, STAFF AND VISITORS ON HSE MATTERS.
IDENTIFY SAFETY NEEDS AND ASSIST IN DEVELOPING AND PUT IN PLACE PROGRAMMES TO ADDRESS THESE.
REPORT, INVESTIGATE AND ANALYSE INCIDENTS/ACCIDENTS INCLUDING TO MINISTRY.
JDs, POLICIES OTHER HR DOCUMENTATION.
ADVICE TO EMPLOYEES RELATING TO HR/HSE MATTERS.

COMPENSATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE. SALARY IN THE RANGE OF $7-10,000 PER MONTH PLUS BENEFITS.
