HR COORDINATOR- GTECH Barbados 

GTECH a muti-national corporation in the Gaming services industry seek a candidate for the position of HR Coordinator.  The successful candidate will provide highly efficient and confidential administrative support to the HR Manager and other Managers as directed.  She/he will apply in a proactive manner their organizational skills, effective time management and knowledge of HR to enhance performance by implementing HR best practices and company policies. She/He will be a point of contact at site for personnel issues.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR
• At least 5 years of practical experience in an HR environment with familiarity of  recruitment, employment best practices, performance management and  Labor Laws
• Highly computer literate and proficient with strong knowledge of MS Office  suite software (Word, EXCEL Powerpoint) programs
• Excellent communicator fluent and articulate in English with strong verbal, written & presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Highly attentive to detail. Well organized professional with strong time management skills. Comfortable working to strict deadlines with ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Ability to work harmoniously across multiple teams and liaison with all regional and international departments and sites
• Self-motivated, disciplined, self-managing with ability to work independently with minimal supervison to meet deadlines
• Knowledgeable of and comfortable working in, a virtual office environment.
