Prepares organizes and impart HR information and documentation, creates and implements HR policies and procedures, develops employees and promotes excellent employee relations
Key Duties and Responsibilities not limited to:
Ensures that weekly and monthly payroll is completed and submitted on a timely basis and that all payroll queries are rectified urgently.
Recruitment, including conducting interviews and selection of applicants as well as new employee orientation.
Conducts reference/background checks on candidates being considered for employment.
To maintain proper records of staff personnel files, leave records, contract expiry and renewals.
Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations.
Assists in any other area as required with a view achieving the company's goals and objectives.
Performance Standard;
100% accuracy in the recording of any data.
Timeliness and accuracy in completing reports and other relevant documents
Effective oral and written communication skills including being able to deal effectivley with a vairety of individual both face to face and by telephone.
Qualification, Training and Experience;
The incumbent must possess a Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
A minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resources Management and a thorough understanding of best practices in Human Resources issues and policies.
