The Tobago Regional Health Authority is responsible for the provision of healthcare throughout Tobago. Key services are offered at the Scarborough General Hospital, Tobago Emergency Medical Services and Primary Care Health Centres.

HOUSE OFFICER (ALL AREAS)
The House Officer is the first clinical interface with patients and their relatives in a hospital setting or through extension services such as a clinic or other designated area. The incumbent will evaluate symptoms, consider a range of possible diagnoses, undertake appropriate examination and further tests, advise patients on the best course of treatment, prescribe and document medication ensuring that the patient is educated on the benefits, usage and possible side effects and monitor the progress of that treatment under the supervision of the Registrar/ Specialist Medical Officer.
