The Government Human Resource Services Company Limited (GHRS LTD.) was formed to address both current and future skills gaps of the republic by taking a proactive approach to skills forecasting, best practice sharing, knowledge transfer, and overall management of the pool of Human Capital required to realize Vision 2020, and beyond.
