Job Description:

Amalgamated Security Services Limited is one of the leading security service providers in the Caribbean, headquartered in Trinidad and Tobago with subsidiaries in Barbados, Grenada, Guyana and St Lucia. The Company provides a diversified range of security services and is seeking General Manager Candidates for its new subsidiary in Antigua. We are looking for experienced security professionals with a track record of leading managerial teams and managing security operations in the private sector.

As General Manager, the individual will be responsible for the overall management of the subsidiary plus its growth and direction. The individual will be charged with achieving the Company’s targets and have to develop and drive the strategies for that achievement. A key component of the job will be building and maintaining customer relationships and another component will be building and maintaining staff cohesion. The General Manager is responsible for ensuring that the subsidiary is operated in conformity with corporate guidelines set by the head office. The General Manager is expected to work with General Managers of other subsidiaries to maximize regional business opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:

• University Degree
• 5 Years Experience in the security field in managerial positions
• Clean Police Record
• Experience in sales and building customer relationships
• Strong proficiency in the MS Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Good time management and organizational skills with respect to scope and scheduling of tasks
• Capable of working within a multi-tasked environment
• Must be a Caribbean National

Compensation will include housing, car and performance incentives
