4. ORGANISATIONAL RELATIONSHIP The General Manager - Human Resources will report to the Chief Operating Officer. | 5. NATURE & SCOPE Responsible for ensuring that Human Resources activities and supports are proactively responsive to the strategic objectives of the Authority. Formulation and the management of the implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures for the development of Human Resource strategic plans and monitoring the performance of such plans. Provides guidelines and advice to the Executive Team and Line Managers on all matters relating to the acquisition, retention and separation of the Human Resources employed by the Authority in the conduct of its business. To contribute as a member of the executive management team in the Authority’s Transformation Thrust. | |
